Order Processing

Premade Items:
Orders containing premade items will be processed and shipped within 1–5 business days after the order is placed.

Pre-Order Items:
Pre-order items are made or prepared after purchase. Shipping times for pre-order items may take anywhere from 5 days up to 4 weeks depending on production time.

If your order contains both premade and pre-order items, the order may ship once all items are ready.

Shipping Times

United States: 3–7 business days after shipment.

International: 7–14 business days after shipment depending on location.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays

Atlanta Archive is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Atlanta Archive is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

Pre-Order Policy

Some Atlanta Archive products may be offered as pre-order items. Pre-order products are not immediately in stock and are produced or prepared after an order is placed.

Production Time

Pre-order items may take anywhere from 5 days up to 4 weeks to ship depending on production timelines and demand.

Estimated shipping times are provided as a guideline and may vary slightly due to manufacturing or logistics delays.

Shipping

Orders containing pre-order items may ship once production is complete. If an order contains both premade and pre-order items, the entire order may be held and shipped together once all items are ready.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because pre-order items enter production shortly after purchase, cancellations or changes may not be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Refunds

Pre-order items are eligible for refund only if the item has not yet entered production. Once production has begun, orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
